Sale of Eagle Crest Resort to KDG Capital

The employees of Eagle Crest received a communication from Northview Hotel Group on Saturday letting them know that Northview completed the sale of Eagle Crest Resort to KDG Capital and that Aimbridge Hospitality would be the new management company for KDG Capital. The Eagle Crest team is excited about this news and is looking forward to the future as we move forward with KDG and Aimbridge.  All of the interactions with the new owners have been very positive and they are very happy to be a part of Eagle Crest. The following information touches on some questions that have been frequently asked by Eagle Crest owners. Will NVCS continue to be our management company?

Yes, if you are a current client of NVCS, nothing will change.  As part of the sale, KDG acquired these entities and they intend to continue to provide the same excellent service with the same teams as we move forward.  You shouldn’t see any interruption in services.

Which properties on the “resort side” were purchased by KDG?

The Resort golf course, pastures, soccer field, timeshare condos, and sports center are Association-owned properties and were not up for sale.  The material assets purchased by KDG on the east side of Cline Falls Highway include the areas comprising the first two floors of the Lodge at Eagle Crest and the Convention Center.  Additional property was purchased on the Ridge, including the two sports centers and golf courses.

What does this mean for Eagle Crest owners and the resort?

Both KDG and Aimbridge have indicated that they will continue to serve Eagle Crest Resort and the community in the all of the capacities you are familiar with.  KDG understands the integration of homeowners and resort operations and are very excited about the future of Eagle Crest.

Will the employees continue with the company?

Yes.  Aimbridge intends to keep all of the current teams in place.  All employees were offered employment with Aimbridge.

    Will Aimbridge Hospitality management visit Eagle Crest Resort to meet with owners and answer questions at an open meeting? If not, is there a contact point with Aimbridge? Thank you.

    We are not aware of any meeting of the kind you are describing. The purchasers do plan to visit Eagle Crest in order to meet with the owner association boards–that meeting date is yet to be determined.
